■ HIV/AIDS Programs

The Treasure Coast Health Council, Inc. continues to provide planning and fiscal support to the Ryan White Part A and Part B programs, Housing People Living with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA) program, and Patient Care Network funding, inclusive of staffing the HIV CARE Council for Palm Beach County. TCHC provides both professional and support staff to the Council and its committees to support the legislative mandates of the Ryan White CARE Act. Tasks include, but are not limited to: planning for services; prioritizing of services; allocating of dollars for services; recruiting and training new members; arranging for meetings and transportation; and the maintenance of a real-time computer network for reporting and sharing of data. In addition, TCHC acts as a “broker” between the client and primary medical care, specialty medical care and lab services that provide a choice for the eligible clients under Ryan White Part A.
