Hospital and Nursing Facility Utilization Data

Under contract with the Florida Department of Health, TCHC gathers information about the utilization of Hospital and Nursing Home Facilities in the five county region TCHC serves. We gather the data from licensed Hospitals and Nursing Homes in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Indian River Counties.

In total, this represents information from twenty separate Hospital facilities and eighty six nursing home facilities.

Information gathered from Hospitals includes (but is not limited to) data on Licensed Beds, Available Beds, Occupancy Rates, ER Visits, Live Births, and Total Admissions. Information gathered from Nursing Home Facilities includes (but is not limited to) data on Licensed Beds, Available Beds, and Payor Source.

TCHC gathers the data, assembles it into meaningful reports, and makes the aggregate information available to the public on either a one time (charge) basis or through subscription.
